KidZone Graduates Its Eighth and Largest Class

KidZone, a safe and fun learning environment for nursery children that operates under the management of Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ), held its eighth annual graduation ceremony.

This year, 44 children participated in the event at Al Sharhan Auditorium behind the KidZone building, marking the largest graduating class since the nursery was established in 2006. The KidZone educational programme covers the initial phase of children’s development, teaching them through experience, games and play.

“This graduation was an emotional event, not just for the children’s parents and relatives, but also for the KidZone staff. These dedicated teachers have been with the children every step of the way, nurturing their communication and language skills, cultivating their personal, social and emotional skills, and encouraging their creative talents,” said Anoud Fahad, Assistant Manager, KidZone. “Although we are sad to see them leave us, we are very proud to see them advance, and we are secure in the knowledge that we have provided them with a solid learning foundation.”

Beginning with only one registered child in each of its two classes in 2006, KidZone immediately began accepting more children from inside and outside the free zone’s business community. In October of last year, KidZone moved to a bigger location with larger classrooms and a well-equipped playground including slides, seesaws, sandpits and grassy areas, and increased the number of enrollees to 120.
