On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, Inaugurated  the activities of the 20th session of the International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC) 2020, hosted by Saudi Aramco at Dhahran Expo in Dammam.
During a three-day event, IPTC which is held for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, sheds light on oil and gas fields through the participation of more than 8000 specialists in this aspect.
In his speech, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, affirmed that the work of the International Petroleum Technology Conference 2020 is consistent with the vision of HRH the Crown Prince represented in the Kingdom's Vision 2030, welcoming all participants and speakers in the conference.
For his part, Chairman of Saudi Aramco Yasir Al-Rumayyan welcomed the launch of the conference for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressing that the IPTC 2020 highlights the energy industry and its scientific aspect, stressing the importance of preserving energy sources and securing their export at a safe global level.
