“Bupa Arabia” signs a collaborative agreement with “Namaa Charity Association”

Bupa Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company, the first medical insurance company in the Kingdom, has signed an agreement with Namaa Charity Association to provide health insurance services to 299 orphans fostered by Namaa as part of its social responsibility program to provide integrated health care services. Bupa Arabia has allocated SR500,000 annual upper limit, for each policy holder covered by a comprehensive insurance coverage and a specialist support team. The agreement has been signed by Mr. Mazen Al-Bsesy , Senior Manager of Human Resources at Bupa Arabia, and the General Manager of Namaa Sheikh Faisal Al-Hameed. 

 

The signing ceremony, which is one of the first collaborations between Bupa Arabia and Namaa Charity Association, took place at the Namaa’s headquarter accompanied by a health lounge. 

 

The health lounge provided examination services of all chronic diseases, dental health and general practitioner consultation for the orphans.

 

Bupa Arabia Chief HR Officer, Mr. Tariq Al-Amoudi said: “Our Social responsibility program covers 2,451 orphans to date and includes a wide range of free health insurance services, which is an important part of our strategic plan to support the community especially those who are in need.” He added, “Since the launch of this program in 2011 we are persistent to continue to provide services that enhance our presence in the community and reflect our values to support the society dutifully and diligently.”
