ExpoCulinaire will feature the Worldchefs accredited 22nd Emirates International Salon Culinaire alongside a new trade exhibition for Chefs, Bakers, Cooks and Pastry Chefs. Held at Expo Centre Sharjah, a natural hub for the Northern Emirates and located just 12 minutes from Dubai International Airport, ExpoCulinaire will change the landscape of foodservice catering industry in the UAE and the wider region. The Salon Culinaire competition was previously part of Gulfood in late February and by running 4-6 March, the Q1 slot for the region’s most established competition has been maintained and it will continue to thrive.
