The Scientific Committee of the 23rd edition of the Congress of the International Academy of Legal Medicine, alongside with the organizing team from INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions, held a mutual meeting to review the post-congress’ results. They evaluated the performance and the success metrics related to the event’s organization, and the feedback received from participants and visitors. The meeting was held at the General Department of Criminal Evidence and Criminology at the headquarters of Dubai Police.

During the meeting, INDEX team shared a list of the specialized services they provide in terms of organizing conferences and exhibitions. The meeting also included a post-show video that depicted the feedback and opinions of visitors, exhibitors, participants, speakers, and representatives about the congress and its organization. It is worth mentioning that the majority of attendees expressed their admiration for the successful congress and parallel exhibition, and praised the participation of the top notch speakers, experts and prominent specialists in the field of criminology and forensic sciences.

Colonel Fahad Al-Mutawa, Director of the General Department of Criminal Evidence and Criminology, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Conference, expressed his admiration for the remarkable role played by the Scientific Committee and the Dubai Police in highlighting the congress both regionally and internationally. He also praised all the efforts made by everyone to ensure the success of all the sessions, seminars and workshops.

Colonel Al-Mutawa also praised the role of INDEX, which is considered one of the most prominent and leading UAE companies in the field of conferences and exhibitions organization. He has also expressed his gratitude for the great effort that INDEX team had put in terms of organization to make this event a success.

From his side, Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, Chairman of INDEX Holding, reassured his company’s willingness to continue cooperating with Dubai Police. He also stressed on the readiness of INDEX to organize any global conferences and exhibitions in the future, and its eagerness to attract similar international events to the United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Al Madani praised the success of the congress in its twenty-third edition, which was held for the first time in the Middle East, saying: "The great success of this year's congress is also a success for the Emirate of Dubai and to the United Arab Emirates, the country we are all proud of."

Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani expressed his deep appreciation and gratitude to H.E. Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of Police and Public Security in Dubai, for inaugurating the 23rd edition of the Congress of the International Academy of Legal Medicine. He also thanked H.E. Major General Khamis Mattar Al-Mazeina, Commander in Chief of Dubai Police, Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee, for his efforts to insure the success of this global event.

The 3-day congress witnessed more than 14 workshops, 500 abstracts, 200 poster presentations, and 159 lectures. The congress also enjoyed the participation of six presidents of international organizations in forensic science and seven directors of forensic departments in the Gulf Cooperation Council and Jordan.
